What are the pictures about?
experiments with light to try and identify my stones lol

Any specific experiments or gems in the picture?

Anyway the physics of gemstones is very rich (no pun intended). Optical, mechanical and microscopic properties are all part of standard physics.

yes definitely I have a lot of ideas of how to use them and I think I’m just getting started I always hope I’m holding a diamond but haven’t put any of my stones on a detector yet I’ve just been having fun playing with them and exploring their individual properties and trying to narrow down the possibilities by process lf elimination

I think that light moves in zigzags splits apart the different colors of light then the white light jumps over the triangle and somehow that’s like warped light speed

Welcome, sir. Geology is pretty fascinating stuff. Light can travel much slower inside of those diamonds, and have steep refraction. Edit: Is that a Superman shirt in the middle photo? I like DC and Marvel.
