Rules: songs must have some science type references in the lyrics (the relevant part of which could be posted...)
I'll start:
The Sounds of Science - Beastie Boys
Dropping science like when Galileo dropped his orange
Race for the Prize - Flaming Lips
Two scientists were racing
For the good of all mankind
Both of them side by side
So Determined
Locked in heated battle
For the cure that is their prize
But it's so dangerous
But they're determined
Theirs is to win
If it kills them
They're just humans
With wives and children
Upwards to the vanguard
Where the pressure is too high
Under the microscope
Hope against hope
Forging for the future
But to sarcrifice their lives
Both of them side by side
So determined
Theirs is to win
If it kills them
They're just humans
With wives and children
Theirs is to win
It will kill them
They're just humans
With wives and children

Brain Transeau, one of my favorite artists, once did a track called "The Fibonacci Sequence," but I think it's pretty awful. Not just because he samples in the quote, "mathematics is the language of nature" a bunch of times in it, and I become irritated at the claim that mathematics is a language in the first place. And not just because the sample is from the movie Pi, which approaches similar levels of awfulness. But it's just so coarse and aggressive that it can hardly be considered music. Like most techno.
