Watching George & Mandy' First Wedding.

My ghast is completely flabbered (but pleased) that Annie Potts just somehow keeps getting magically even cuter with every day that passes.

Have you watched her in Young Sheldon? She's terrific. Also, many years ago, she was part of a terrific cast in a 4-woman TV series called Designing Women. It was excellent.

Ah. I'm not familiar with it. I'll have to check it out.

She was a witty Ghostbuster as the fast-talking secretary of the team.

Yeah, that's where she really got discovered.

Historian seeks recognition for first English king https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c9d07w50e15o Somewhere I have a list of Anglo-Saxon, Wessex and English kings. Well there is nothing new there. Parts of Britain experienced tribal rivalries/conflicts as well as invasions by the Romans, Vikings/Norsemen, Angles, Saxons and Jutes, then Normans, and various monarchs/emperors declared war on other monarchs/emperors. Seems that behavior has not ceased.
