I'm trying to get a mask made that will deflect a incoming bullet, and in my mind geometry is the answer. I don't have the know how to do the math but if someone out there could help me out, that would be great.

Welcome to the PF.

And what will this mask be used for? Even tactical SWAT masks/visors don't claim to deflect rounds. You would need the carried shield for that...

the mask would be made out Ti and with kinetic gel pads in the inside you should survive a round hitting the mask.

What is the context of the project?

pure research and development, but I intend to sell it as a personal defense item.

You won't have anything to sell until you, personally, have added to your knowledge about:
1. Physics
2. Ballistics
3. Materials Science
4. The Limitations of Graphic Novel Authors (a new academic discipline I just invented.)
