Just surfed the web for information on how to deal with surges/spikes on household AC lines, and after reading various threads in a number of forums on the web, I was most impressed by a physics forum thread I found. Decided to have a look around and read more topics - and yes, some very well educated posts to be found here so I feel really positive about joining this board.
