WESTWOOD -- Ed McMahon died early Tuesday morning at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Westwood, according his publicist Howard Bragman...

America's number one, number two man. It was hard to believe that with all of those years of work, his last years were filled with financial problems. Not too long ago, he and his wife went on the Larry King show and literally begged for people to send money to help save their home from repossession.

Jesus: $4.8 million mortgage.

How about living in a smaller home?

That's absurd.

I was truly saddened by this news today. I have so many great memories of him on the Tonight show, he was a great straight man. God bless you Ed.
