What makes you think there is such an e-book?

The best way to find anything on the internet is to use "google".

I went to google.com and entered "What Is This Thing Called Science" and got a text by Alan Chalmers at amazon.com:

or a course using that book as text:

I didn't find any reference to an "e-book" by that title.
