Hey Everyone,

Just a physics newbie here to read and learn more about physics. I'm a technology person by trade but lately been reading and studying about general relativity and quantum mechanics for "fun". Been reading Stephen Hawking and Michio Kaku books and it has really fascinated me. Haven't studied the math for a long time around the theories, but picking it up as best I can.

I hope to learn a lot from reading stuff on the forums.

Take care!

My name is Omar, and I'm based in Groningen The Netherlands. My formal physics education ended after high school, but I have dedicated the last several years to developing a theoretical framework from first principles. My work focuses on a topological field theory (which I call Swirl-String Theory) that models particles as knotted vortex...
