Finding a reference on gauge formalism of gravity

May i ask a question?
Could anyone give me a paper or a book that allows me to understand Gauge formalism from A-Z? I already have some ideas but i want more details.

The SUGRA-notes (or book) by Van Proeyen treats the gauging of the (super)-Poincaré and conformal algebra in great detail. This paper,
