Finding Sample Physics Reports for Assignments

For an assignment I am required to write up reports on experiments I have done over the semester.
The reports must have the following sections:

2Author and Affiliation
3Abstract
4Introduction
5Experiment/Methods
6Results
7Discussion
8Conclusion
9References
10Declaration on Plagiarism

Can anyone recommend where I might find scientific reports online that meet the above criterion as it would be most helpful to see professional reports to model my own on.
