Hi! Need help on following question:

Does a flexural bending test suffice for determining the structural integrity of a pre-preg honeycomb sandwhich panel with carbon phenolic face sheets and aluminium core?

Depends on the intended use.
If you want to use it as a structural component in a fighter jet you'll want more data than someone who's building a shelf for a picture frame.
