Hi there!

My name is Rodney. I am a 24 year old guy from the Netherlands.

My whole life I have been fascinated by science, physics in particular but I have never had the opportunity to go to school and study it.

As of right now, I'm planning to still chase the dream of becoming a scientist. Currently trying to self-study while I make the opportunity for school a reality. I never really had the math foundation so that's what I'm currently working on.

I was hoping to meet more like-minded people who are happy to teach me things or discuss topics with me. My friends support me, but it gets very lonely on my own.

My current favorite topics in science are evolutionary science, biology (medical-kind, specifically?), bio-engineering, the concept of time, quantum mechanics, and the theory of everything. I'm trying to keep an open mind if I end up going a different route.

Outside of science, I like to work on technical stuff like IT and electrical engineering stuff, I'm heavily into music (my name is a blink-182 reference) and I workout a bit.

If you want to learn science properly, you probably have to specialise somewhat. Evolutionary biology and Quantum Mechanics are poles apart. There is no Theory of Everything!

Right! They are both so interesting. Evolutionary science just keeps coming up for me because I often wonder why my body or brain does the things it does, and then I end up in a deep rabbit hole. I've been interested ever since I read a book about it.

What do you mean by there is no Theory of Everything? I meant I am interested in the search for it :)
