How can we reduce VOC emissions from painting boats

I am interested in measures to reduce VOC levels in paint on boats in its outdoor or enclosed space

Are you spraying gel coat? Most paints have been already formulated to reduce VOCs. When spraying 2-stage urethane, it is difficult to reduce VOCs because the HPLV guns require low viscosity, i.e. the mixture is reduced with lacquer thinner.
