Homework Statement



Proteins and lipids have some similar but also some different functions in living organisms. Describe these functions and explain why proteins and lipids are suitable for these functions.

The Attempt at a Solution



I only knew the similarity of lipids and proteins is they both are energy source. And the difference is they are made up of different elements and have different structure. That is all I knew. How can I explain why proteins and lipids are suitable for these functions? Help~~~~
