What does it mean when you are given a pressure and temperature of refrigerant and the values in the tables are not in the same row? Like 600 kpa and 25 degrees celsius. 600Kpa should be around 21.-- degrees.

Maybe it's superheated
 
That row for 25 deg Celsius is blank in the superheated table. What does that mean?
 
The first line shows the properties at Tsat (21.58 Celsius). The next line gives the properties at T=30 Celsius. Interpolate between those.
