Is Recycling Space Debris for Lunar Projects Viable?

Recently founded a new company, Clear Space Technologies. It seems everyone else just wants to destroy it. We would like to recycle and repurpose debris to help defray the costs of future projects,ie: Lunar habitats, lunar orbiting station etc. Are we barking up the wrong tree? What are your thoughts?
