There have been a number of cases recently of people who have been caught with neo-Nazi materials, and it's really worrying that some people are still trying to justify the views of these groups.

Jo Cox, Member of Parliament for Batley and Spen, was murdered yesterday:

She was by all accounts a great politician, truly caring for her constituents. Some witness accounts allege that her murderer shouted "put Britain first", possibly linking them to the far-right Britain First movement.

My thoughts go out to her husband and two children :(

It's been reported that the murderer bought several books from a US neo-nazi group, including a manual explaining how to build homemade guns and explosives.
Courtesy of the Guardian:
The man arrested over the killing of the MP Jo Cox bought books from a US-based neo-Nazi group, including guides on how to build homemade guns and explosives, according an anti-hate campaign group in the US.

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) published receipts that appeared to show Thomas Mair bought, among other books, a manual on how to make a homemade pistol from the National Alliance.

The receipts, some of which date back to the 1990s, showed Mair spent more than $620 (£436) on literature from the group, which advocates the creation of an all-white homeland and the eradication of Jewish people.

He bought books that instructed readers on the “chemistry of powder & explosives”, “incendiaries”, and a work called Improvised Munitions Handbook. The handbook included detailed instructions on constructing a pipe pistol using parts available in DIY stores.

Receipted items also included Ich Kampfe, an illustrated handbook issued to members of the Nazi party in 1942.

Why are there some people who have so stubbornly failed to respond to decades of social conditioning to the effect that NAZI = BAD? Centuries of warfare, suffering, and genocide, and people still think that European nationalism is in any way a good thing?
