How did you find PF?
Some site
I am introducing here my self as 2nRCLS. Really I am here to ask a question but I do not know how. I have a specific code that has to do with chaos generator. However I do not know if there is a forum section to share python code with someone or somehow make this code public for research.

Normally one would make a github account or something to share but I simply to distracted these days for keeping up with such thikngs. I do not know much about chaos theory or research or anything of that sort. Frankly I do not know what I wrote here anyway. I would like to share this python code and have people comment what they think.

I frankly was just trying to make a random number generator and ended up with this. The test results gave Entropy: 4.6930 bits per symbol. Which is interesting. Anyway, I was hoping to make this public for anyone to use but also comment on it.

I I guess the thing about me is I like doing random things that come to my mined because it is interesting. I also like things practical. Anyway, where can I go to share this code or if one is even allowed to do so on this site. I do not know if this is going to get flagged as some sort of wrong introductions but its 12 Am and I am tired as I have been working on this for some time. There are other sites I am trying to share this on.

Or Rn2CLS? If you made a typo in your username, let me know and I can change it for you.

If you are asking for help with your code, start a new thread in the Programming forum, and post your code using code tags. How long is this code?

If you want to discuss some personal theory that you are developing this code for, please avoid doing that here. We do not allow personal theory development at PF.

Thanks, one more question, what do you mean personal theory development at PF? Is it something like, Flat Earth nonsense that someone would post or conspiracy? I ask this because I saw something to do with political statements and that seems really personal. Trying to gauge how much of what personal is in the rules.

This is the applicable section from the PF Rules:

Non-mainstream theories:
Generally, in the forums, we do not allow the following:
  • Discussion of theories that appear only on personal websites, self-published books, etc.
  • Challenges to mainstream theories (relativity, the Big Bang, etc.) that go beyond current professional discussion
  • Attempts to promote or resuscitate theories that have been discredited or superseded (e.g. Lorentz ether theory); this does not exclude discussion of those theories in a purely historical context
  • Personal theories or speculations that go beyond or counter to generally accepted science
  • Mixing science and religion, e.g. using religious doctrines in support of scientific arguments or vice versa.
  • Philosophical discussions are permitted only at the discretion of the mentors and may be deleted or closed without warning or appeal

And here is a PF Insights article about some issues with Personal Speculation:

Hello everyone, I'm Cosmo. I'm an 18 years old student majoring in physics. I found this forum cause I was searching on Google if it's common for physics student to feel like they're in the wrong major in the first semester cause it feels like too much for me to learn the materials even the ones that are considered as "basic math" or "basic physics", I've initial fascination with the universe's mysteries and it disconnect with the reality of intense, foundational mathematics courses required...
