How did you find PF?
AI Search, I think it may have been Claude or DuckAI. I was looking for a place that could look at a new concept that I had been tweaking for decades.
I've been a retired art instructor/college dean for over 25 years. I don't see too well (AMD). Today's a good day, I can think a little more clearly. For the past decade I've been working on a one-moving-part Rankine design that may compete for efficiency with a Stirling. I guess I am waving my hands since I don't have a math or engineering background. I was hoping someone could look at my sketches and give me a thumbs up or down on the project. I can drop a .PDF if anyone wants to see it. Thanks for reading this.

Welcome to PF.

We can't really help with reviewing new work; that's not what PF is for. I'd suggest that you contact an Engineering or Physics professor at your old school or a nearby university to see if they would be willing to review your work on a consulting basis.

Although I don’t yet have full mastery of mathematical formulas or physical laws, my passion for learning constantly drives me to explore and understand more. No matter how complex the world of science may be, my...
