How did you find PF?

Welcome to PF.

I'm curious, what does "certified in physics and chemistry and biology" mean? Do you mean like you have university degrees, or do you mean some professional certifications like "Professional Engineer"? Or maybe it means certified to teach those subjects in secondary education?

Certified to teach these subjects in secondary education. Thought this was an educator forum - may need to change my profile or whatever.

Thanks for the clarification.

PF encompasses many disciplines, from students to educators to professional scientists/engineers/mathematicians. It's a great place for questions and helpful advice. Feel free to send me a DM if you have questions on how best to use PF (click on my avatar and "start a conversation").

Hi, I am a neurosurgeon from Turkey with an interest in physics. I don't have formal training in theoretical physics or advanced mathematics, but i enjoy trying to build intuition about spacetime. I joined Physics Forums to ask conceptual questions, learn where my intuitions break down, and get feedback from people who understand the formal theory much better than I do. Looking forward to learning from the discussions here.
