Hi! I'm not a professional scientist or mathematician. I teach English. However, I've always been interested in math and science. I was a member of the RASC for several years and was a council member of of our local centre. I greatly admire the accomplishments of SpaceX but I am very pessimistic about the idea of colonizing Mars.

Scar was a stray cat who was like a best friend to me. We loved each other and went for walks together. I took care of him as well as I could, but he had a short and difficult life. He died of cancer. I buried him on a hill under some trees with a gravestone that I had made in town.
