I recorded statistical characteristic for sc diode 1N4148 at T=300K.
How to determine operating point of diode and plot both in matlab?

Hi Elliptic. The operating point is determined by the remainder of the circuit, not by the diode alone. You need to analyse the rest of the circuit. Sorry, I know nothing about Matlab.
