Can you give me source code for water molecules under heat ?
Source code can be of any programming languages..
Its not necessary water molecule, any particle system for beginner is also fine
I highly appreciate your help.

You need to reform your question. It makes no sense as its stated. Source code to do what?
 
I think water molecules if heated will run in different direction and I like to modelling the 100C molecules, they fly out of the boiling soup, something like that ?

Have you write any program like that before, can you give me source code ?Thank you
