What are the best ways to improve in math and physics?

Hello, I came to this forum to receive help for homework. Math and physics are not my strongest subjects, but I like it way better than English, though I think I am better at writing than solving problems, but then again I don't like it. Any who, here I am and glad to meet people. Hope I learn a lot. Thank You
