What are the guidelines for personal theories and speculation on Physics Forums?

The topic might tell you for itself, that I am a dummy programmer as it reads 'hello world' which is the first program you will ever write, if you are a programmer i.e.
Anyways, I am new here. I like to think, I am creative, I have some crazy theories about everything. I like bombarding stuff with ideas and am always open to new ones.
