What are the top physics topics for new post bac students?

I'm new to the forum and I'm a new post bac physics student. Looking forward to discussion of physics related topics. I'm a fan of QFT, astronomy/astrophysics, but really I just love to hear any thing good in science hard or soft. Always open to chat.
