Hrm... let's rank them in terms of approximate number of hours sunk.

World of Warcraft. (I just recently managed to extricate myself from this addiction after a year of playing 2 or 3 hours a day at least)
Stars! (Helped contribute to me failing out of my first year of college)
Legend of Zelda: A link to the past (I knew this game so well that my brother and I tagteamed it over a three day period one summer and finished it without dying or saving once)

Those are the top three

Honorable mentions go to:
Final Fantasy VII
Patrician 2/3 (3 is basically an expansion, but they didn't sell enough in the US to justify selling it as such. If you like trading games, give the demo a try)
Gran Turismo 3
Space Empires 4
Baldur's Gate
Bard's Tale 1, 2, & 3

uhm... yeah... I play too many video games.

Burnout 3. I'm not usually a fan of racing games, but when you get frustrated, you can slam opponents into oncoming traffic or walls & make them crash. Wohoo!

Sonic the hedgehog (various titles). They are classics!

I really want to play lemmings now
