What can I learn in PF to prepare for math, physics, and chemistry competitions?

Hello everyone,

I'm a 3rd grade high school student and very interested in math, physics and chemistry. I'm currently learning vector calculus and electricity. I hope that I will learn what I need for competitions here and I also hope that no matter that I don't have great knowledge I will be able to help others too.
