what are the properties of this alloy about grain boundary?and what is the process to have magnetic property to this alloy?

Again, please apply some effort on one's part and search google for something like "iron","silicon","magnetic properties" or "iron silicide","magnetic" or "iron silicide","ferromagnetism" or ferromagnetic.

I would imagine that there is something in one's textbook or in some similar text in the library.
