What is Dark Matter and Dark Energy?

    Hello Friends,
    I, Arnendu Barman, is a high school last year student. I have much confusion in Dark Energy and Dark Matter. Actually I do not understand them and I also have problem on Negative Mass.
    So friend please help me . Thank you....

    Give the following two articles a read and see if they help. Note that dark matter and dark energy are not related. They both simply share the word 'dark' in their name.

    Negative mass is more problematic to discuss. Purely negative mass isn't known to exist, but the term can be used in situations where the mass of something is 'taken as negative' simply as a comparison to another state.

    Hi Arnendu:
    At this time no one knows what dark matter and dark energy are. We can talk about what properties they might have, or even must have, but that is all.
