I can not find what is exactly Peierls-Nabarro barrier? Could you gave me some explanation or reference. Everything I found are just different papers which I can not understand.

It's the stress required to make a dislocation glide in an otherwise perfect lattice. Try Introduction to Dislocations by Hull and Bacon. It should be in any introductory treatment of dislocations.
