I am new to the board although not young or new to science. I was wondering if there were any serious discussions relating to UFO propulsion. It seems like a lot of UFOs move by a skipping motion, skipping short or large distances, sometimes 20-100 miles or so in an instant. They are not using rocket power of course but probably using some sort of quantum physics approach. I am not a physicist but was curious if anyone had an idea as to why these things can appear to move so fast. Thanks.
