Hey I am also new! What areas of mathematics and physics are you interested in?
 
I like maths in general, though not so much business and accounting. General relativity, quantum physics, and most of what's between. I'm more drawn to the history and theoretical possibilities of ideas than everyday applications to be honest. You?
