Who is PC Principal? An Introduction to a Cartoon Character

Hey guys,

As you can guess I am new here. I would like to stay anonymous until I know some people better so for now I will be PC Principal. Looking forward to help (and in my case also be helped).

What does PC Principal mean?
 
It means nothing but it is a character in a cartoon. The character is totally ridiculous so I liked it :p
