Why is LaTeX text white on a black background?

Why am I seeing Latex coming out white on a black background?

I find it impossible to read.

Uhh... I just changed the LaTeX generation backend to make the images look better. What browser and operating system are you using? The images look fine in IE7 and FF3 and Chrome.

testing:

[tex]E = mc^2[/tex]

Looks fine to me. Windows Vista and IE7.
 
Okay, I didn't realize it but I was still using Internet Explorer 6! I have downloaded IE 8 and don't have a problem any more. Thanks.
