Any suggestions for good tree visualization software? I'm thinking something along the likes of Treemap. Thanks!

I guess you need a tool to generate some gree graph? You can try "Graphviz", it is an "open-sourced", cross-platform graph drawing toolkit. http://www.graphviz.org/
