I stumbled with this paper that propose the idea that gravity could possibly be an Electrostatic force. Im no physicist but I would like to know your points of view about it, since gravity is a puzzling force.

I have also heard about some possible bizare phenomenon that might have a relationship between electricity and gravity, like the hutshinson effect, electrogravity, and some other theories like Stochastic Electrodynamics that claim that gravity could be a force that comes from the vaccum energy.

What do you guys make of this, could this ideas about gravity be fruitful?
