It would probably help if you told us more about what you mean by morphology. It's a very general term used in a lot of different ways. Do you want to know about the structures of whole organisms, how it's used in evolutionary studies, or perhaps in terms of cell structure? I don't really have any links to suggest, but others might if you can be more specific about what you are interested in learning more about.
