1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data

Two long straight parallel wires separated by 1.00mm carrying currents in opposite directions with current equaling 10.0A each. Find the magnitude and direction of the magnetic field at Point A which = 0.50mm, Point B = 0.50mm, and Point C=0.50mm and write the directions of each. At each of these points, also find the magnitude and direction of the magnetic force on a proton, which is moving to the left at speed of 3.40 x 10^6 m/s? I would really appreciate your help on this one. Thanks

This is a bit confusing. point A,B and C are all the same?

First off what is the formula for the magnetic field of a long wire?
Secondly what does the magnetic field of a long wire look like?
Thirdly consider both wires separately, put yourself in lets say point A and find the direction of the magnetic field of wire 1 in point A. Now do the same for wire 2. Now add them together vectorially

ps. Not being sure implies that you have at least some sort of an idea. Make sure you show us your work!
