The geographic region with the least atmospheric ozone is the south pole. The poles in general have less ozone, the equatorial regions have more.

but when i see a image from http://earthobservatory.nasa.gov/Observatory/Datasets/ozone.toms.html
i found that the equator always keep at a low rating amount of ozone but south pole has a few month that has the least.
