Using LTSPICE simulate CMOS function

I've tried and have drawn the schematic but I cant get correct output righ, im using LTspice which is not very intuitive... I have attached my schematics. thx

I haven't looked at your circuit, but why go to that trouble? Why not simply construct a truth table?

The professor wants it synthesized in SPICE. My waveforms look incorrect.
