Hilo, friends!
I am a junior student in China. I am getting to learn some about quantum information science (QIS). Next summer, I am planning to go to USA for summer research experience. But there is something wrong with the date. My summer vocation comes at the end of June exactly. However summer research programs in USA start much earlier. So, do you guys know there are some programs suitable for my time? Or, without this kind of program, can I have other kind of opportunities of participating in research in USA with money supplied. I do not have to get much money, Enough is good!

Thanks~~~

To work in the US you need a visa. As you pointed out, the timescales don't match yours, and now you have another problem.

It's not going to happen for just a summer research program. Due to the unfortunate geopolitical situation between the US and China, student visas for high-level subjects like Physics are few and far in between, and for only ~3 months you'll just be denied, especially if you haven't even been accepted into a program yet.

Thank you very much~
Then what about the exchange programmes in summer between universities, how could they obtain visa?
