bond length and bond angle (quant)

I want to know about the "quant" value which is come with bond length and bond angle. if anybody knows please help me

I want to determine the Pt-Pt , Pt-Sn and Sn-Sn bond lengths in platinum tin alloys. I have done XRD and found the presence of PtSn , PtSn4 and PtSn2 alloys in my sample.

If anybody knows the answer please help me .
