would it be possible for members to have a physicsforums personal email address?

To access your account simply click the *check PF mail* in the quick links drop down box at the top right of the page.

I've now registered there (and logged out and logged in again from that page, to check), but I can't access it from the quick link …

… which seems to be a totally different "WindowsLive" hotmail system. :confused:
Also, I can't find out how to configure my email software to access it. :confused:
(but I suppose I can bookmark the address you gave)

No, we just redirect the domain's MX record to that service.

Hmm, I like the idea of a PF email but I'm trying to ditch the hotmail (live) side of things. Especially with the number of accounts being hacked recently.
