How would I change: 2x+3y=4
into polar form? I understand how to solve for polar form but the 4 without a variable is confusing me.

2 r cos \theta + 3 r sin \theta = 4
r(2 cos \theta + 3 sin \theta) = 4
2 cos \theta + 3 sin \theta = 4/r
\frac{4}{2 cos \theta + 3 sin \theta} = r
whats wrong with that?
