Find a materials science text book. It should have properties of metals, such as brass, which is a common copper alloy.
Google on "Density of Brass".
Google on "Brass products" and find a supplier of brass products.
Use something like 8-8.6 g/cc.

The most common brasses are red brass (~15% Zn) with a density of about 8.75 and yellow brass (~35% Zn), with a density of about 8.47 g/cc.
A great resource on materials properties in Matweb (www.matweb.com). Use the search box in the top right.
