SUMMARY

The discussion centers on H. Ziegler's alleged interactions with Albert Einstein regarding the inner velocity of mass and its implications for Special Relativity. A participant identifies Heinrich Ziegler, who published "Zur Einstein'schen Relativitätstheorie" in 1922, as a potential match. Despite this identification, the conversation reveals a lack of comprehensive resources on Ziegler's contributions or discussions with Einstein. The ongoing debates surrounding Special Relativity suggest that Ziegler's work may be part of a broader discourse in physics.

PREREQUISITES
  • Understanding of Special Relativity
  • Familiarity with historical physics literature
  • Knowledge of academic research methods
  • Basic grasp of Einstein's theories
NEXT STEPS
  • Research Heinrich Ziegler's 1922 paper "Zur Einstein'schen Relativitätstheorie"
  • Explore academic databases for publications related to Ziegler and Einstein
  • Investigate historical discussions on Special Relativity
  • Contact university physics departments for expert insights on Ziegler's contributions
USEFUL FOR

This discussion is beneficial for physicists, historians of science, and students interested in the evolution of theories related to Special Relativity and the contributions of lesser-known physicists like Heinrich Ziegler.

I have just recently heard of a H Ziegler who had discussions with A.einstein regards the inner velocity of mass and how this would naturally lead to Special relativity being valid.

Does anyone have any resources or links to this man H. Ziegler?

Thanks in advance

I found these two links. Not much there, but I thought I'd pass them along anyway.

Unfortately there isn't any link there for more information.

The following is a forum conversation where Ziegler is mentioned. I think it was on these physics forums actually.

for any help or information.

I am not familiar with an H Ziegler who had discussions with Albert Einstein about the inner velocity of mass and its relation to Special Relativity. However, after doing some research, I found that there was a physicist named Heinrich Ziegler who published a paper in 1922 titled "Zur Einstein'schen Relativitätstheorie" (On Einstein's Theory of Relativity). It is possible that this is the person you are referring to.

Unfortunately, I was unable to find any further information about Ziegler or his discussions with Einstein. It is also worth noting that there have been many discussions and debates about the validity and implications of Special Relativity since its inception, so it is possible that Ziegler's work may have been just one of many contributions to this ongoing discourse.

If you are interested in learning more about Ziegler's work or his discussions with Einstein, I suggest reaching out to a physics department at a university or conducting further research in academic databases. You may also want to look into any potential connections between Ziegler and Einstein, such as shared publications or collaborations.

I hope this helps guide your search for information on H Ziegler. Best of luck!
