Does anyone know what are minimum scores for University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, North Carolina State University, and Purdue?

Their websites will have that information. If not, you can just call em :)
 
more than likely, they will have the average score available. if it isn't their policy to discard apps with a score lower than a predetermined minimum, then that's all they can tell you, really.
 
i can't think of any school that has minimum score requirments, they all probably have average scores for people who are accepted, i guess that's a good indicator of what score you should get to be a competative applicant. Anyway, just look it up at www.collegeboard.com.
