They estimate it as 1.7ns.
What seems to be much more difficult to believe is 20cm accuracy of baseline measurement (both labs are in deep locations, so you must go down geodetically from surface geodetic point through maze of tunnels)
I am also curious if they correctly corrected this baseline for SR dilation - you must remember that frames of CERN and Gran Sasso differ in velocity.
