i think i have caught up with his reasoning he wants to prove RH by writing that:

[tex] \int_{0}^{\infty}dx[x]/x^{s+1}=\zeta(s) [/tex]

and then for s=1/2 somehow he obtains a bound for the integral, where s=a+ib
